In High School, I wanted to be a photographer for the school newspaper and yearbook but was told they did not have room for another photographer. I was depressed but met a photographer for the small city newspaper, The Redlands Daily Facts. He taught me how to be a newspaper photographer. Soon I was photographing sports at the high school, getting paid for the job the other photographers were doing for free.

I still love photogaphy and have followed that dream ever since. In the span of thirty years, I have been photographing events around the globe for newspapers, wire services and magazines. Now I am doing more corporate work that captures reality of the subject in nice light. In addition to my corporate and editorial work, I am currently the photographer for the California State Parks, covering all 280 State Parks.
